GRAPEARL SHIPPING POLICY
- Where items are currently in stock', please allow 1 working day, on any given day, for your item to ship.
- Canada Standard deliveries are dispatched via Canada post.
- Canada Expedited Deliveries are shipped via Canada Post and tracking details will be provided for deliveries. Orders need to be placed by 12:00pm, on any working day.
- International orders are dispatched via Canada Post.
- Shipping prices are applicable to all orders under $50 CAD / $39 USD approx. This is to supplement the charges incurred from reputable delivery companies. These prices ensure that your product is delivered to you safely and on time.
- As a special thank you to our customers, All deliveries within Canada is free for orders above $50 CAD / $39 USD approx.
- Also, all Deliveries to Mainland United states is free for orders above $50 CAD / $39 USD approx.
All shipping times provided are an estimate and are applicable to orders placed before 12pm (Mountain time) Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 12pm (Mountain time) Monday to Saturday will be dispatched the following calendar day (except for Sundays, in which we will dispatch the order on Monday morning); orders placed after 12pm (Mountain time) on Saturday will dispatched the following Monday.
