How do I get my bonus for referring?
We get your name in our system when the person you referred subscribes to the GraPearl VIP Club. To get your bonus, you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject REFERRAL BONUS
We would reply your email and send you either a custom e-voucher that can be used in-store or a custom discount code to purchase online.
How do I receive my item?
When you are eligible for your item, you will receive a code that you can use to redeem your item online or in-store.
What security measure(s) is in place?
We flag/turn down requests with email addresses or names not registered, every VIP has a record of Primary or/and Secondary email, these are the emails used to contact/request items from GraPearl. Remember to tell the person you referred the name to enter ✔
If I do not get my eligible items with my subscription year, do I get them the next year?
We currently advise VIP members to request the free items they are entitled to within their subscription period, free items not requested within the subscription period would be forfeited and would not be added to the next subscription.
Why does the delivery of a custom order take so much time?
We try to consider a lot of factors ahead of delivery, we encourage customers to request their custom designs within their subscription year also.
